The Mister and I just got back from a fabulous weekend in York and I’ve been editing photos, reviewing notes and getting ready for the holiday Reindeer Games. It’s been mayhem around here, but happy mayhem and we’re grateful for it.
Big news this week (at least I think so)…
One of my favorite blogs, Messy Nessy Chic is featuring an article by ME, on Tuesday the 10th. That’s tomorrow! I’ve followed this site for years and love all the weird and wonderful things she uncovers around the world. I hope you wander over to her site to read my post and make a lot of nice comments :). Make sure you stick around to read her other posts. You’ll be hooked, I promise.
I’m running giveaways through the month of December as a way to say thank you for being a part of A Passport Affair. If it wasn’t for you and my followers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, A Passport Affair wouldn’t exist. I look forward to reading and answering emails I get from you every day and confess to keeping a notebook of every suggestion, idea and tip you are kind enough to send me. I need you and I hope you enjoy being part of our little travel-loving community. I feel like we’re on a multi-year adventure together and I hope it continues. Thank you so much for being part of it.
Here is the next giveaway…
This week’s giveaway involves a lovely couple and a selection of fabulous hotels. Meet Mr and Mrs Smith, curators of boutique hotels and unusual properties. From London to New York, Singapore to Saigon, the Smiths made it their life’s work to find the loveliest places to lay your head.
This week’s contest prize is a $300 (USD) Mr and Mrs. Smith’s gift certificate to spend as you wish. Have a look through the properties and see what catches your eye. I’ll let your boss know you’re otherwise engaged for the next hour or two.
